HOW AN INSPECTION WORKS

Tell us about the fault and your heating system. Our engineer checks accessible areas, reviews thermal patterns and explains the findings and any recommended further investigation or repairs. The heating may need to run before the visit; our office will advise when booking.

WHAT THERMAL IMAGING CAN SHOW

Thermal imaging records surface temperature patterns. It cannot see through walls or floors, guarantee detection of a leak, or confirm a blockage on its own. Floor coverings, pipe depth, heating settings and room conditions can affect the results. Further testing may be needed.
