John oversees our plumbing and heating engineers, helping to ensure every job is completed to the high standards our customers expect. From complex heating issues and boiler installations to everyday plumbing emergencies, John is always on hand to support both our engineers and customers.
Known for being reliable, knowledgeable and approachable, John plays a key role in keeping our busy team running smoothly. He also regularly supports our out-of-hours and weekend emergency service, making sure JRQ customers have someone they can rely on when they need us most.
Ollie Williams

Ollie is one of our experienced OFTEC and Gas Safe registered engineers, specialising in both oil and gas heating systems.
From boiler servicing, repairs and fault finding to full heating installations and upgrades, Ollie brings a knowledgeable and professional approach to every job. His qualifications across both oil and gas mean he can work on a wide range of domestic heating systems and help customers keep their homes warm, safe and running efficiently.

Bobby is one of our skilled Plumbing & Drainage Engineers at JRQ, providing reliable solutions for everything from everyday plumbing repairs to more complex drainage problems.
His work covers leaks, taps, toilets, showers, pipework and general plumbing, alongside blocked drains, high-pressure water jetting, CCTV drain inspections and drainage fault finding.

Simon is one of our highly experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineers at JRQ, bringing over 30 years of experience in the trade to our team.
With extensive knowledge across plumbing and heating systems, Simon carries out everything from boiler servicing, repairs and heating faults to leaks, pipework, radiators and general plumbing. His years in the industry mean there are very few problems he hasn't encountered before.

Dean Hoffman
(Apprentice)
Dean is our Plumbing & Heating Apprentice at JRQ, working alongside our experienced engineers while developing his skills and qualifications in the trade.
As part of his apprenticeship, Dean is gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of plumbing, heating and boiler work, learning everything from installations and servicing to repairs and fault finding.
Hardworking, enthusiastic and keen to learn, Dean has quickly become a valued member of the JRQ team. He takes pride in his work and is building the knowledge and practical experience needed to become a first-class plumbing and heating engineer.
